Reporting an error in a requirement

Corrections take priority over everything else. Include the page URL and, if you have it, a link to the official source that disagrees with ours. Every figure on this site carries the date it was checked, so if an agency changed a rule after that date, that is exactly the report we want.

Problems with the checker

The photo check runs in your browser and your photo never reaches us, so do not attach the photo itself. Describe what happened, name your browser, and include the photo's pixel dimensions and file size if you know them.

Order and payment issues

For a paid photo that did not arrive or did not deliver what it promised, include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order ID from your receipt. The terms carry a 24-hour money-back guarantee on paid photos, and refund requests inside that window are honored without argument. Download links stay valid for 30 days; if yours expired before you saved the files, write in and we will re-issue it.

Who answers

Immigration Photo is an independent site, not a government agency, so we cannot answer questions about your application's status, filing fees, or appointments; those belong with the agency processing your form. What we can answer: anything about the photo rules on this site (all sourced and dated on the sources page), the checker, the maker, and your order. How the site verifies its figures is documented on the about page.

Privacy questions

The short version is in the privacy policy: photos are processed on your device and never uploaded. For anything the policy does not answer, use the same address.
